Additional Information

  • We accept cash, personal checks and most credit cards. No credit cards for seasonal fees.
  • Stay 6 nights consecutively and get the 7th night free.
  • 1 camper / RV / tent and 2 vehicles per site.  Additional tent / camper pays full price.
  • Cancellations / Refunds:  Sorry, but no refunds or rain checks for inclement weather, early departure or for unused portion of reservation.  You will lose your deposit if a camp site reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date.  
  • Cancellations / Refunds Shack, Cabin & Lodge: If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, notify us as soon as possible. If you notify our office of cancellation more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, all monies, less the $50 service fee and less 10% of the rent paid, will be returned to your credit card.  If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, we will make every effort to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented for the same period of time, you will receive the above-mentioned refund. If only part of your reservation is re-rented, we will refund monies for each night booked – less the service fee and less 10% of the rent paid. If we are unable to re-rent the property, any advance payment will be forfeited.  Exceptions may be made for extreme unforeseeable circumstances such as death in the family or active duty military.  
  • A 2 night minimum stay is required for the shack & cabin; 3 nights for Lodge.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM; Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
  • No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the campground without a parent or guardian.  You must be 21 to rent a camp site. 
  • Overnight rates include 5.5% sales tax and 5% Three Lakes occupancy tax.
  • Golf carts and ATV/UTVs allowed. 
  • Swimming beach is available for use at your own risk.  No lifeguard on duty.  Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
